THE BRIEF

Unique Properties is one of Dubai’s leading real estate agencies headquartered in Dubai. As a multi-award-winning real estate company, it is one of the most reputable in the region. When we kicked off, Unique Properties was growing but was looking to make a jump in brand recognition and join the conversation of top agencies and brokerages in the region. Unique Properties tasked us with helping them find their identity, rebrand their communication strategy, and get their name out in the media while highlighting leadership as a top go-to, industry leader.

THE DELIVERY

With Unique Properties new to the media, Atteline spoke with several key spokespeople in the company and helped pull out key differentiators of the company such as its international division with several teams for international investors who want to invest in the UAE. Atteline used this to develop a UAE-focused PR strategy and executed it by securing key interview features for the CEO in a number of high-profile business and trade publications, including Arabian Business, Entrepreneur, Gulf News, Khaleej Times, Al Ittihad, and Al Bayan. Atteline increased the credibility and exposure of the CEO and the brand by securing broadcast interviews with CNBC Arabia and Bloomberg. Unique Properties is now a subject expert for commentary and insights on the market where real estate and sustainable journalists come to for their expertise.

THE OUTCOME

The strategy was and continues to be successful.

Build brand awareness – We saw coverage circulation of over 318 million, we got our brand in front of new audiences. We saw a total PR value of over USD $3.2 million in the first year of working together.

Manage brand reputation – Through 100% key message penetration in our coverage, our brand messaging was positive and accurate and quoted multiple times. 

Strong regional coverage – The strategy was with regional business and trade titles (both English and Arabic) such as Arabian Business, Khaleej Times, Gulf News, The National, Gulf Business, and Big Project Middle East. We got the CEO on multiple broadcast and written interviews and has become a subject expert that the media come to when they have property questions.
