A look back on 2019 before moving forward

As the new year brings the much-awaited Expo 2020 Dubai, we at Atteline have a feeling there is a lot to be made from the upcoming year. In order to move forward, it is important to look back on what we have accomplished, as well. It has been another busy year full of exciting PR launches and new beginnings, working with some exciting clients. But don’t take our word for it – here is a list of some of our highlights this year:

  • March 2019 saw the launch of the world’s most expensive perfume, SHUMUKH by Spirit of Dubai
  • April 2019 saw the launch of the first golf bot STEAMathalon competition at The Els Club and in November 2019, the first golf bot STEAMathalon in partnership with a major European golf tournament, DP World Tour Championship
  • Sustainable swimwear label, Joseph & Alexander joined forces with airline giant, Emirates on a limited ‘father and son’ short design dubbed “Emirates Landing”, which was sold exclusively on the Emirates Official Store
  • October 2019 saw luxury perfume house, Parfums de Marly celebrate the latest addition to its family of niche fragrances, Kalan, with a spectacular immersive launch event at the Mandarin Oriental, Jumeirah
  • In celebration of the brand’s 70-year anniversary, GANT opened doors to its largest store globally at The Dubai Mall in October 2019 with a beautifully curated experiential event in collaboration with GQ Middle East
  • December 2019 was a truly special moment for Aspinal of London with the opening of its newest store at The Galleria Al Maryah with the Creative Director, Mariya Dykalo in attendance to celebrate the opening and the launch of the SS20 Collection
  • In December 2019, Areej Al Ameerat celebrates 20 years of continued growth and success in the region, with its dedication to bringing excellence and glamour with each creation
  • Atteline was shortlisted (and placed third) for small PR consultancy of the year for the 2019 MEPRA Awards
  • We were also awarded highly commended for best use of influencers for a PR campaign at the PRCA Digital Awards
  • Atteline joined MEPRA and PRCA for the first year

With a successful year behind us, we very much look forward to what 2020 has in store. Make sure to keep an eye out as we are sure there will be a few exciting PR surprises along the way!
